We’re closed on Sundays and public holidays for arrivals and departures. Please contact us if you need to arrange outside these hours—additional charges may apply.
We are closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on Sundays and public holidays, however rest assured your cat will still receive all scheduled feeding, care and medications on these days.
Our standard rate is $40 per night, with no weekend surcharges. We do Charge a $10 per suite fee for public holidays. For our full price list please click here
Absolutely! Our suites are large enough to comfortably house two cats from the same family. We also have adjoining suites available—just add another suite when booking online and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
We understand that sibling cats often play-wrestle, but if their interactions become aggressive and we need to separate them for their safety, a second suite charge will apply.
We provide everything your cat needs, including cozy bedding, litter, and bowls. You’re welcome to bring along your cat’s favourite blanket, toy, or bed if you’d like something familiar from home.
Yes — you're welcome to step into the suite area if you’d like to help settle your cat in. Please note that entry is at your own risk, and during busy periods we may not be able to allow access for safety and efficiency reasons.
We feed high-quality premium wet and dry food daily, but you’re welcome to bring your cat’s own food if they’re on a specific diet or have sensitive tummies. Please label all food clearly with your cat’s name and feeding instructions.
Of course! Every guest enjoys daily one-on-one attention, cuddles, and playtime. We make sure each cat feels loved and comfortable throughout their stay.
Yes. All cats must be fully vaccinated (F3 minimum) at least 14 days before boarding. Please bring proof of vaccination at check-in or email it beforehand. For the health and safety of all guests, we’re unable to accept unvaccinated cats.
We’re happy to administer medication as required. Please bring medications clearly labeled with instructions.
Please note that on weekends and public holidays, medication will only be administered once per day.
Your cat’s wellbeing is our top priority. If your cat becomes unwell, we’ll contact you right away and make every effort to take them to your nominated vet. If your vet isn’t available, we’ll take your cat to our trusted local veterinary clinic to ensure they receive prompt care.
Yes! We welcome cats of all ages. For kittens, we ask that they’ve completed their initial vaccination series. Senior cats often appreciate our quiet, relaxing environment.
You can book online through our booking system, or reach out via email or phone. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details you’ll need before your cat’s stay.
No, we do not board dogs at our facility. Meow Meow Hotel was designed specifically with cats in mind — from the layout and soundproofing to the calming environment. This ensures a quiet, stress-free stay for all our feline guests.
