
Meow Meow Hotel
1. General
1.1 By booking with Meow Meow Hotel, you (the "Owner") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Meow Meow Hotel reserves the right to refuse boarding to any cat that appears unwell, aggressive, or unsuitable for the facility.
1.3 All cats must be transported in a secure carrier when arriving or departing the premises.
1.4 Only individuals listed on the cat’s paperwork are authorised to collect the cat, unless we have been notified in advance of an alternative arrangement.
2. Vaccinations and Health
2.1 All cats must be fully vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Feline Upper Respiratory Disease (F3 or higher) at least 14 days prior to boarding.
2.2 Proof of current vaccination is required upon check-in. Boarding will be refused without valid documentation.
2.3 Cats must be free from contagious diseases, fleas, and ticks. Owners agree that if parasites are found, treatment will be administered at the Owner’s expense.
2.4 Meow Meow Hotel accepts no responsibility for illnesses that develop during or after the boarding period, provided reasonable care has been taken.
3. Medication and Special Needs
3.1 Meow Meow Hotel can administer oral or topical medications as directed by the Owner, please note that on Sunday’s and Public Holidays, medications will only be administered once per day.
3.2 Prescription medications must be provided in original packaging with clear instructions.
3.3 Meow Meow Hotel does not administer injectable medications unless pre-approved.
4. Behaviour and Safety
4.1 Cats must be of sound temperament and not pose a risk to staff or other animals.
4.2 Aggressive or feral cats may be refused or may be required to stay in a secure suite for safety reasons.
4.3 The Owner is liable for any damage or injury caused by their cat during boarding.
5. Feeding and Care
5.1 Owners must provide detailed feeding instructions prior to check-in.
5.2 Meow Meow Hotel will provide high-quality cat food unless the Owner chooses to supply their own.
5.3 Any dietary supplements or special feeding requests must be communicated before boarding.
6. Veterinary Care and Emergencies
6.1 In the event of illness or injury, Meow Meow Hotel will attempt to contact the Owner or nominated emergency contact.
6.2 If immediate veterinary attention is required, Meow Meow Hotel may take the cat to the nominated vet or nearest available veterinary clinic.
6.3 All veterinary costs incurred, including transport fees, are the responsibility of the Owner.
6.4 In the unlikely event of a pet’s death, Meow Meow Hotel will notify the Owner or emergency contact immediately and follow instructions for handling remains.
7. Booking, Payment and Cancellations
7.1 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking date may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee.
7.2 Full payment can be made before or upon check-in, or at pick-up
8. Abandoned Pets
8.1 If a cat is not collected within 7 days of the agreed departure date and no contact can be made with the Owner or emergency contact, Meow Meow Hotel reserves the right to make alternative arrangements, including surrendering the cat to a shelter, as permitted by law.
8.2 The Owner remains liable for all outstanding fees and associated costs.
9. Liability
9.1 While every care is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all cats, Meow Meow Hotel accepts no liability for:

10. Consent
10.1 By signing this agreement or proceeding with a booking, the Owner acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
